인간의 목소리로는 표현한 적이 없는 것을
노래라고 만들고 있어.
그리고 아무도 감히 그 침묵의 소리를
깨뜨리지 못했어
내가 말했지. " 바보들...당신들은 침묵이 마치
암처럼 퍼지는 것을 몰라...
교훈이 될지도 모르는 내 말을 들어봐
너희들에게 다가 갈지도 모르는 내 팔을 잡아봐
하지만 내 말은 소리 없이 내리는 빗방울처럼
침묵의 샘 안에 떨어져 메아리 쳤어
사람들은 스스로 만든 네온 신에게
절하고 기도했어
그리고 그 네온이 만들어 내는 문구에
경고의 메시지가 빛났지
거기엔 이렇게 쓰여 있었지
"예언자의 말씀은 지하철 벽에 그리고
빈민가의 벽에 적혀있다"
